Pay Range:
$45 – $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Associate’s degree. 3 or more years of experience as a business analyst in an Agile software development environment. 1 or more years of experience supporting Client. 1 or more years of experience with IT Service Management / ITIL. Demonstratable proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Should have good experience on ServiceNow.
