Here’s what you’d do: The manufacturing operations business analyst provides data analytics and reporting to manufacturing operations on new product introductions, production, overhauls, and repair programs.
Provides business analytics and reporting to functional areas or projects/programs.
Perform quantitative analyses and reports that provide operational and technical support for customer proposals. Identifies and develops metrics by working with users and stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements. Translates business results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving performance. Analyzes manufacturing processes and problems to formulate and develop recommendations to meet customer and internal project requirements. Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for their own job area. Communicates with contacts inside and outside their own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Identifies and addresses changes within own job area. Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results. Here’s what you’ll get:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Business or Computer Science or Data Analytics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities, particularly in high-mix-low-volume production.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MS PowerBI, MS PowerApps, and SQL Server.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI and MS Excel.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and SQL queries with a Background in manufacturing operations. Preferred Skills /

Qualifications:

Able to complete PL-300 and PL-900 certifications within 45 days of start.
In-depth competency with collecting requirements, data visualization, and analytics tools (MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Apps, / Tableau)
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in teams – Open communication.
