Business Analyst (API Integration Testing AND Banking experienced Needed)
Position Business Analyst with Banking
Location – Alpharetta, GA (Day one Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to banking APIs, integrations, and core banking systems.
Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Define user stories, use cases, process flows, and system interaction diagrams.
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design API-based solutions that align with business goals.
Participate in API specification design (R
ESTful APIs, JSON/XML
) and understand OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
Analyze existing core banking processes and propose optimizations or digital transformation opportunities.
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating outcomes.
Help with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies when needed.
Ensure traceability of requirements through design, development, and testing phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking/financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Temenos, or similar).
Strong understanding of banking APIs and integration patterns.
Familiarity with API standards, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Authentication
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Visio.
Good to
Have:
Experience in Digital Banking or Neo-banking implementations.
Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and real-time payment systems (e.g., UPI, RTP, FedNow).
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Domain certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or banking certifications.
