This role will be responsible for supporting the definition, creation, maintenance, and reporting of technology Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)..

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting the definition, creation, testing, and maintenance of technology KRIs as reporting through the technology key risk indicator program.
Position will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the Technology Risk Scorecard (Tableau-based) in support of the KRIs.
Ensuring that adds, changes, and removals of key risk indicators flow smoothly through KRI processes and stakeholders receive timeline communications regarding work requests.
Assisting the GCO with management of the KRI inventory / backlog. .
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
(Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
Strong Tableau and SQL skills required.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with data and reporting processes.
Ability to interpret business intent and objectives and validate that the metrics design supports those objectives.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Candidates should be a self-starters with a track record of taking initiative. Ability to work seamlessly across multiple organizations to ensure work objectives are accomplished.
