Lead workshops with customers to understand their “as-is”business processes corresponding to identified accounts. Analyze and recommend “to-be” business processes addressingbusiness needs corresponding to all identified accounts as well asconsidering future business needs. Identify & document functional & technical requirements (e.g.integration, scalability, performance) based on customer workshopscorresponding to identified accounts. Identify & document functional & technical requirements thatare in-process of implementation as well as roadmaprequirements. Define & document prioritization for identified functional &technical requirements based on customer discussions. Document the tools and products used corresponding to supportthose functional/technical requirements as well as across the”as-is” business process. Analyze, determine & document “what is working well” and “whatneeds to be improved” based on customer workshops related tobusiness process & requirements gathering. Analyze, determine & document “quick wins” based on businessprocess & requirement workshop corresponding to each accountidentified. Analyze, determine & define shared services roadmap, addressingcurrent & future business & operational needs across all identifiedaccounts. 7+ years of Telecom knowledge with deep understanding ofoverall O/BSS functional domains. 5+ years of experience on Telecom Network InventoryManagement. 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Consultant withproven experience in business processes & requirements analysis &documentation. eTOM, ITIL, Sigma standards working knowledge required.

Certification preferred in either of the industry standards. 30-40% travel required at one or more customeroffices.

Qualifications:

7+ years of Telecom knowledge with deep understanding ofoverall O/BSS functional domains. 5+ years of experience on Telecom Network InventoryManagement. 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Consultant withproven experience in business processes & requirements analysis &documentation. eTOM, ITIL, Sigma standards working knowledge required.

Certification preferred in either of the industry standards. 30-40% travel required at one or more customer offices.
