Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Settlement Accounting, Reconciliation, and the Payments industry? We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping and executing complex initiatives with broad organizational impact. In this position, you’ll consult on large-scale planning efforts, evaluate complex business execution challenges, and develop innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams and lead efforts that demand a high level of subject matter expertise, especially in accounting, payment processing, data analysis, and coding. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex, long-term challenges involving numerous variables, including intangible or unprecedented factors.
• Drive resolution of intricate business scenarios using a deep understanding of function-specific processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Strategically collaborate with internal partners, clients, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance in Settlement Accounting, reconciliation practices, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Apply data analysis and coding skills to identify trends, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven subject matter expertise in Settlement Accounting, Reconciliation, and the Payments industry.
• Strong experience in data analysis and proficiency in coding/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in addressing complex, multi-dimensional business challenges.
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a financial institution or large-scale payment processing environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the financial services industry.
• Background in systems thinking or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
