Job Description Manheim Digital is looking for a unique individual who has the ability to identify ways to streamline and/or improve work processes. A high degree of responsiveness and independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

General Responsibilities:

Administer the various day-to-day operational tasks that support our clients’ ability to manage their inventory Respond to client inquiries or requests related to vehicles, including but not limited to vehicle moves, inventory updates, setting sales or promotions, posting site announcements, etc Inspect, analyze and update consignment inventory information as required Incorporate feedback from clients to improve customer service Communicate with Client Care Coordinators and Dealers when necessary Assist with QA for client software releases Support the dealer registration process and administration of users Partner with third-parties to resolve issues or enhance processes, including but not limited to physical auctions, inspection companies, transportation logistics, AuctionACCESS, etc Partners with internal parties, i.e., Manheim and Private Store Client Care to ensure client expectations are met. Monitors Private Store client care performance and identifies opportunities for improvements and/or training Coordinates communication of upcoming releases and/or production issues that may impact Client Care and drive case volumes Provides input on customer satisfaction goals Provides training support for new Private Store customer launches

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field (automotive / remarketing). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Workforce Management, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and have strong time management skills. Must be assertive, confident, and able to work individually and as part of a team and strive to exceed customer expectations. Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to actively resolve problems. Experience delivering and designing presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences. Must be computer literate (including

Microsoft Office:

Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Demonstrated experience of problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy Understand the necessity and the value of accuracy and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with process documentation, SOP work instructions, Vizio, and/or lean six sigma Exposure to multiple database technologies and reporting tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project experience Project Management experience Process Improvement methodologies High proficiency at the conceptual and working level of automotive products and services.
