Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
• Work with development teams to design and implement system solutions.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for enhancements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.

  Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Experience with ERP systems and software.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
