We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in client onboarding and Fenergo to join our team. This role will also involve light SQL and production support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business and operations teams to gather and document requirements for client onboarding processes.
Leverage Fenergo to support onboarding workflows and compliance needs (approx. 20% of role).
Perform basic SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting (approx. 20%).
Provide production support for onboarding systems and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements:

8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
Hands-on experience with Fenergo platform.
Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, and compliance processes.
Basic proficiency in SQL.
Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
