This role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, business analysis and commercial execution relying upon a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and operational efficiencies and gaps. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management on a daily basis How We Work As a Director, Strategy and Growth, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in a local office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Monthly phone stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Analyze the market opportunity (TAM, TRM) and assess growth opportunities, enablers and potential risks (Where to Play) Collaborate with functional leaders to develop growth action plans, including resources, systems and processes required for execution of the plans (How to Win) Closely monitor industry trends, competitor actions and evolving industry economics to inform strategic decisions and course correct growth action plans. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Analyze key activity-level data to identify areas for improvement and to optimize strategies. Report on the progress of strategic initiatives to senior management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles. Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives and achieving business goals. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to build highly professional documents using Powerpoint to communicate key insights and recommendations. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
