Experience:
3 5 years as BA in Healthcare IT
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and user story creation
Map current vs. future-state workflows
Support UAT planning and execution
Collaborate with Epic certified analysts to align build with needs
Requirements:
Experience with Epic implementations or support (e.g., Cadence, Prelude)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical practices
