The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is seeking a senior-level IT Business Consultant to drive mission-critical modernization efforts for the Georgia Judicial System. This is a unique opportunity to lead a statewide Case Management System (CMS) initiative aimed at transforming how Georgia’s courts operate modern, digital, and cloud-based.
Role Highlights
Act as Project Lead with full ownership from planning to execution
Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
Provide technical oversight and align development efforts
Engage stakeholders from judiciary to tech teams
Drive adoption, readiness, and communications across agencies
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar field
Strong technical foundation (e.g., programmer, DBA, architect, etc.)
Experience managing large-scale tech projects (Agile/Waterfall)
Proficiency in OCM frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Strong background in project leadership and change management
Nice to

Have:

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
Experience working with court systems or judicial software
Knowledge of data integration & cloud-based solutions
