Our IT Business Partner will partner with global business leaders or brand leaders in setting priorities of technology capabilities for Rollins to ensure that Information technology meets the current and future needs of the business. This will be achieved through collaboration with the business and deep understanding of the business needs and priorities, capabilities required to achieve business results today and in the future, portfolio management and demand prioritization, and advocacy for both business needs and global IT strategy across stakeholder areas.

Responsibilities
You Will . . .
Responsible as a Business (brand, function) liaison to ensure alignment of IT activities to Business needs and the demand management process
Extensive understanding of the IT organization and capabilities to effectively communicate with functions/brands while also understanding their technological needs.
Fully understand the business strategy of the brand / function and provide advisory services on any technology aspects.
Develop an intimate relationship with the Business representatives at the highest level of the brand/function
Collaborate with the brand/function to align their annual business plans to IT Capability roadmaps and priorities
Work with business teams to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and cost used in cost-benefit analysis.
Day to day maintain and build a close relationship with the senior management teams within the business understanding their strategy and requirements of the IT function
Manage the IT portfolio for the business units in your area of responsibility
Collaborate with the business to prioritize demand in order to improve business value
Work with the business to elicit their high level requirements for projects
Work with Subject Matter Experts in IT to ensure that solutions are proposed that meet the business objectives and align with the agreed technology and application roadmaps
Ensure project delivery is effective and according to appropriate cost and timescales

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field
10+ years of IT experience in large or mid-size multinational company
Work effectively with all levels of management up to and including Division Directors and VPs
Ability to collaborate with business leads, understand business strategy/processes, look for innovative solutions to drive business enhancements both for internal business users and external customers
Strong influence and negotiating skills
Experience leading business relationships and integration for transformational change
Skills in organizational change management are a plus

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude
Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals
Strong executive communication with ability to convey complex technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
