THE POSITION
The Partnership Revenue Analyst will work closely with team members across our Revenue department, including Partnerships, Business Development, and Pricing to help drive smarter decision-making and maximize partner success. In this role, you will evaluate the financial performance of our partnerships, uncover revenue opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that fuel growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory allocation across partner events Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on partnership KPIs, revenue trends, and fan/customer behavior Build revenue forecasts, pricing models, and performance benchmarks for partners Identify and communicate growth opportunities through data-backed recommendations on sales strategy, pricing, and channel optimization Support the Partnerships team by creating clear, compelling presentations that tell the story behind the numbers Monitor industry trends across live events and secondary marketplaces to inform strategy Serve as a strategic thought partner across internal teams including Partnerships, Business Development, and Pricing
REQUIREMENTS 2-4
years of experience in revenue strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within sports or live entertainment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Sports Management, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma) Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake) Proficiency in
Microsoft Office:
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word required Ability to synthesize data into insights and translate them into actionable recommendations Strong communication skills with an ability to present findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders Victory Live is an equal opportunity employer.
