Product Owner/Business Analyst Primary Responsibilities:

Document and translate business requirements from capabilities into features and user stories. Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize the product backlog, including features, user stories and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives. Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ with delivery teams, representing/reinforcing the customer’s perspective throughout the agile development Ensure the product aligns with the customer’s needs. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, business analysts, developers, testers, and others to develop and execute against Product Roadmaps and Release Plans. Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers. Prepare and present information to leadership for next steps and decision making. Provide weekly status updates to leadership. Promote and drive an agile development approach through the work and teams. Lead, build and maintain a backlog/inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity. Provide direction to business/capability/product analysts and scrum team members to ensure the highest value is delivered. Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects and issues, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner working in an Agile software development environment. 1+ years working with medical claims preferably within the COSMOS platform. A basic understanding of Healthcare/Medicare Experience with the Rally Agile Development Tool Experience with implementing software from ideation / requirements through to successful delivery Experience with Agile methodology Experience in evaluating capabilities and translating the business requirements documented Facilitating meetings and presenting documented requirements and complex concepts with clients / customers Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience collaborating with business partners in a matrix organization Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
