Project Lead – DW & Analytics Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

Overview Job PurposeThe Project Lead will be responsible for managingmultiple complex data warehouse and analytics development projectssimultaneously. The Project Lead is responsible for meeting keyperformance objectives, managing issues to resolution, managingrisk, managing program scope changes effectively, and ensuring thatthe work completed adheres to all company and department standardsand processes. A successful Project Lead must be self-motivated,results-oriented, meticulous in detail and able to thrive in afast-paced environment. This role requires frequent interactionwith business stakeholders, project managers, developers, qualityassurance, and infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of aquality system.

Responsibilities:

Direct management of data warehouse and analytics developmentprojects Create cross-functional plans that include scope definition,schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communicationplans, and risk analysis Lead effective team/scrum meetings to facilitate progress,manage the critical path, and identify and communicate risks andmitigation plans Facilitate regular status meetings to report progress tostakeholders and executives Demonstrate strong business and data warehouse systemsknowledge and apply that knowledge to support businessinitiatives Provide leadership and valuable insight into planning,prioritization, risk management, and decision-making Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather and prioritizerequirements, while facilitating project scope and associatedtimelines

Knowledge and Experience:

3+ years of technology project management experience Experience in a data warehouse and analytics developmentenvironment is a plus Proven success managing multiple, concurrent projects andensuring development efforts remain on task relative to businesspriorities Experience managing projects using iterative softwaredevelopment methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.) anddemonstrated ability to drive ongoing process improvement Experience identifying, managing, and communicating project andtechnology risks and mitigation strategies Strong communication, time management, and problem-solvingskills Experience with release management processes and coordinatingdeployments Experience managing projects leveraging data warehousetechnologies such as

SQL, ETL

tools, and data modeling is aplus Exposure to analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI,Tableau, or similar is a plus Familiarity with big data technologies like Snowflake, AWSRedshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Experience with projects involving data integration and dataquality tools.
