Senior Analyst – Real Estate Strategy and Analysis
Atlanta, GA Description RemX Staffing is seeking a Senior Analyst – Real Estate Strategy and Analysis. This is a temporary position that will be working fully remote.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)

Responsibilities:

Support the collection and consolidation of data to drive the company’s Real Estate activities
Support the analysis and presentation of market reviews for key markets
Facilitate the maintenance and accuracy of dashboards for key performance indicators
Monitor and assess performance of the existing fleet and prospective locations
Manage the Real Estate Portfolio Management Committee (PMC) and Real Estate Committee (REC) calendars and agendas
Support the preparation of Board of Directors’ presentations and quarterly reporting
Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential sites
Leverage tools and analytics to assist in market strategy and strategic planning efforts
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform real estate decisions
Leverage data to evaluate fleet performance
Develop and improve processes including Real Estate analysis and reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with accounting concepts and ability to analyze financial statements
Self-motivated, organized, and effectively achieves team goals
Excellent team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills
Ability to create and refine financial models for ad-hoc reporting and to work with large volumes of data
