Job Description
Work with large underwriting system development and enhancement projects in the Property/Casualty industry. Maintain responsibility for business requirements efforts, liaising between business and technical teams, leading joint application development (JAD)/requirements sessions, developing requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and end-user documentation, developing test plans and test execution, and coordinating production roll-out activities. Work with large-scale, enterprise-wide IT projects and systems; policy administration systems; Agile; insurance policy administration packages (Duck Creek and Insurity Bridge); SDLC and requirements methodologies; business process re-engineering and data analysis; and testing, test planning, and test execution. Work with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance software applications built in Duck Creek platform, Duck Creek Black box rating testing, and HP ALM (formerly HP QC) test management and defect management tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance software applications built in Duck Creek platform, Duck Creek Black box rating testing, and HP ALM (formerly HP QC) test management and defect management tools.
