Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to join our team.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is mandatory.
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and communicate them effectively with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of policy administration systems, underwriting workflows, and insurance product lifecycle.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to work onsite 3 days a week at any of the listed locations.
