What You’ll Do:

We are hiring at all levels including Consultant/Senior Consultant/ Principal•Compliance & Risk. You will be partof a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of businessconsulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digitaltransformation and regulatory change management.

You will take up arange of roles in the areas of process consulting, experiencedesign, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program andchange management. You will analyze problems and come up withsolutions, often creative and out-of-the-box, apply businessconsulting frameworks and methodologies to address businessproblems, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsiblefor the delivery of business results to clients.

You will alsolead/contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, andinternal initiatives, and participate in a variety of Firm buildingevents.

Basic Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in one or more regulatoryrequirements/reports•

ESMA, FCA, EMIR, MIFID, CFTC, SEC

Knowledge of Capital Market products Experience with database, SQL querying and analysis, MongoDB,Excel & PowerPoint 8+ years of experience in management consulting or directly atBanks, other Financial Services firms, and FinTechs, in aproblem-solving/solution development role in the Compliance, Risk,and Finance domains Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

PreferredQualifications:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree Experience working on change initiatives in the Compliance &Risk space Working knowledge of Design Thinking Demonstrate thought leadership, ability to conceptualize anddrive new solution/service offerings and take them to market Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-culturalteam including flexibility to support multiple time zones whennecessary.
