Job Description Summary:
The TPM Business Analyst role will lead the day
- to•day activities that deliver a highly functioning TPM Tool for our Sales, Pricing Execution, Platform Services and Finance Teams.
This position acts as the central point of contact and systemwide expert to improve the TPM Tool engagement for end users. What you’ll do for us?
- Accountable for the daily routines that monitoring the tools functionality, quickly identifying defects and data integrity issues, stewarding the system through corrections and a path to stabilization
- Monitors the system hot line email for quick responses and immediate actions to resolve issues
- Oversight of daily operations of deployment team and business partners ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Responsible to train end users via mass training events
- Maintains relevant supporting and training materials
- Audit system uses to support corporate policies
- Recommend enhancements to systems or processes around business plan management
- Provide first level direction and support for customer teams in the utilization of tool
- Forges cohesive working relationships with Sales, Platform Services, Finance & IT partners
- Tracks, monitors, and manages progress against key milestones related to pricing /rebate management, business planning and business plan management
- Act as expert user of TPM system to facilitate knowledge transfer to existing and future Coca-Cola users
- Determine improvements in our Business Intelligence usage to drive performance and revenue / GP
- Recommend enhancements to systems or processes around business plan management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4-5 years of CPG industry and/or Sales Tools and Reporting experience.
- Ideal candidate will have strong end
- to•end knowledge of sales & sales systems, policy management, and operations experience.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of CPG industry business systems and the back
- shop processes to support and maintain the business.
- Familiarity with key data systems: Planning & forecasting tools (e.g. Matrix, Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel); financial & sales reporting (SAP, Oracle); performance management & execution metrics; Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)

- $166,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
