Reviewing higher headquarters guidance and providing expert analytical support and advice on problem definition, planning and execution methodologies, polices, and procedures. You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Planning, conducting, or participing in special studies personally or through team members. Providing advice, guidance, implemention, coordinion, and direction on a range of administrive functions and operional issues, budget, policies, procedures, and directives. Identifying requirements and initiing requests for additional resources including personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives. Providing advice to senior supervisors on significant issues and problems reled to work accomplishments and goals. Developing and evaluing policies in assigned program areas, taking necessary actions to achieve organizional objectives, and recommending program objectives and improvements for the future.
