About this Position We are looking for an Experienced Business Analyst who will be a key team member of Business Architecture, help identify, document, and implement new business capabilities and products in support Business Architectural Assessment. K Hybrid Role:

Candidates must be able to come to Duluth Office 2 – 3 Days a week. Responsibilities & Qualifications Autonomously elicit business requirements with a diverse group of stakeholders, business partners, and users across multiple locations and departments. Drive Business Stakeholders towards strategic thinking. Advise on viable roadmaps and execution plan, without compromising long term goals Develop business case, ROI, and participate in long term firm benefits analysis Devise and recommend solutions and options for system design and enhancements. Document complex business logic, rules and requirements in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Analyze current state of the business and create target state documentation including wireframe, process model, and business rules etc. Lead meetings within functional user areas to define business system requirements and to resolve problems in existing areas Works closely with the Design team to ensure experience is in adherence to the documented business requirements Able to coach or mentor less experienced BA ‘s Identifies and escalates risks and issues, participates in change control and scope change process Protects the Company’s authority to conduct business by complying with applicable legal and ethical standards and ensuring those standards are incorporated, where applicable, in supported digital product features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6 – 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment Business Process Modeling Software(s) and SQL experience required. Experience working in an Agile development environment with expertise in Jira and Confluence, preferred Understanding of various logic diagrams and requirements documentation methods and formats with experience in Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0), including swim lanes., preferred Moderate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite of products including

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Certifications:
