Job Description
The Planning Analyst is responsible for providing information and analyses upon which strategic and program decisions will be made. This individual works with internal departments and external organizations to ensure the availability of timely and accurate information. The Planning Analyst develops or maintains planning databases and other decision support tools. He/she assists the Director of Planning in assigned certificate of need (CON) activities and preparing appropriate grant requests. Compliance with organizational values is a must.
Qualifications:
A. Education 1. Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management required; a concentration in decision science, statistics, or strategic planning is preferred B. Experience 1. Experience with statistical software packages, Inforum and Solucient products preferred 2. Extensive knowledge in MS Office products
