About the Role We’re looking for a curious and capable Revenue Management Analyst to help shape our pricing strategy and enhance financial performance across our portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a knack for turning complex data into simple, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to identify pricing opportunities, refine discounting strategies, and analyze trends that drive both occupancy and revenue. You don’t need years of experience in self-storage, but you should be comfortable diving into large datasets, making sense of market dynamics, and proposing ideas that challenge the status quo. What You’ll Do Revenue Strategy & Optimization Support the execution of pricing strategies based on occupancy, demand, seasonality, and competitive dynamics. Monitor pricing performance across markets and make recommendations to improve revenue yield. Analyze promotional discounts, occupancy trends, and rate churn to optimize revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team on aligning pricing with digital campaigns and customer acquisition efforts. Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics: occupancy, rental rate trends, revenue per square foot, move-in/move-out activity, etc. Provide timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders and assist in developing business cases for pricing and promotional changes. Conduct competitive analysis and customer behavior research to inform pricing and positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations and store teams to ensure pricing strategies are executed effectively and communicated clearly. Provide feedback to data and technology teams on pricing tool performance and data visibility needs. Contribute to multi-functional projects that span across revenue management, customer experience, and portfolio strategy. Insights & Execution Support the development and refinement of internal tools and processes that improve revenue decision-making. Identify and execute on opportunities to drive incremental revenue and improve the customer journey. Clearly communicate pricing decisions and the rationale behind them to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, business analytics, or a related field. Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, charts); familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus. SQL knowledge is a bonus but not required. Strong communication and presentation skills—you can simplify complex data and explain your point of view clearly.
