Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support ongoing projects in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business process analysis, documentation, and working in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document business functions and workflows Analyze how business processes integrate with technology Assist with business case development and process improvement Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency Conduct cost-benefit analysis Support project planning and timeline development
Must-Have Experience:
3+ years of business analysis experience (at least 1 year in an Agile environment) Skilled in facilitating meetings and gathering requirements Strong writing skills for documentation (requirements, design documents) Experience using Visio or similar diagramming tools
