The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Duties Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement 3+ years experience supporting projects involving testing needs, test strategies aligned to business needs, test plans/designs, test scenarios, test case preparation, test execution, defect management and defect analysis Act as validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle Develop, design and deploy test scripts and cases of complex modules, help set up the test environment and contribute to the requirements documentation and test design for different phases of testing Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery Utilize Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives Skills Knowledge of using JIRA Software or equivalent for Test Case Management Knowledge of Test Automation, Selenium would be a plus Knowledge of Quality processes Knowledge and experience using reporting software tools Certifications and licenses are also given consideration If you are a proactive individual with a passion for driving business success through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Business Analyst.
