The Senior Business Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading complex enterprise initiatives and guiding cross-functional stakeholders through strategic planning, system implementations, and transformational efforts. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, project leadership, product management practices, process management, experience with enterprise software and SDLC.
- What You’ll Do
- + Lead high-impact enterprise initiatives, from discovery through implementation and post-launch evaluation + Facilitate strategic discussions and advise on process redesign, enterprise system integration, MVP, and optimization + Serve as subject matter expert for business analysis methodology and enterprise solution functionality + Mentor junior analysts and support organizational BA standards and governance + Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure stakeholder alignment across departments + Document and maintain documentation, including user guides, workflows, business processes, and training materials + Manage elicitation and traceability of requirements, prioritize business needs, and align solutions with strategic goals + Manage and prioritize backlogs in coordination with business product owners and project managers + Display advanced understanding of the business domain to add value to discussions and decision-making processes •What You’ll Need•
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred + 6+ years of business analysis experience + Strong command of enterprise systems is required + Expertise in enterprise business process modeling, change management, and stakeholder engagement + Experience working with senior leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders + Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Preferred:
+ Demonstrated understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and teams + Excellent understanding and application of business analysis, project management, and product management practices + Excellent proficiency and history of leadership in joint application design (JAD) sessions + Experience/exposure to enterprise software solutions such as M365, Workday HCM, Workday Finance, ServiceNow, Salesforce + Strong Proficiency in software development and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira + Strong Proficiency in collaboration and content management solutions such as Confluence and SharePoint + Knowledge of tools and processes to enable business intelligence, data analysis, workflow automation, virtual agents – chatbots, and ML/AI + Membership to the IIBA or PMI, strong command of the BABOK or PMBOK, or professional certification (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP)
