We are looking for a professional, proactive, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This position is available for both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates. It is a non-remote position requiring the candidate to work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional insurance services. At Couvillier Advisors, our success is dependent on three things: building relationships, engaging in needs-based conversations, and recommending the right products and services to meet those needs. As an Risk Management Advisor, you will be integral in identifying, engaging and communicating with clients, assisting them with their financial needs. Qualified candidates should possess crucial sales and customer service experience, presenting themselves well, taking initiative, organizing effectively, and functioning independently with minimal supervision. Duties and Responsibilities Promote the company to customers. Network with potential customers. Educate customers on each type of product/service and make recommendations based on their needs. Evaluate current policies and recommend additional coverage when needed. Maintain all documents confidentially. Submit applications and follow up on status to ensure all applications are properly processed. Follow up regularly with book of business to maintain and grow relationships. Meet with clients to perform needs analysis and offer solutions to meet those needs. Provide a wide range of insurance products including Life, Health, Medicare, and Supplemental insurance, as well as Financial Services & Specialty Products. Requirements Minimum of one year sales experience preferred. Ability to work independently, self-motivated. Strong work ethic. Tablet or laptop for mobile and remote working when necessary. Life & health insurance license, or willing to obtain the license. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate and overcome objections.
