Position Summary:

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on evaluating existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of enhanced practices and systems. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and committed to driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate and analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. + Conduct root cause analysis of issues or problems using data collection, process mapping, and performance metrics. + Design and propose solutions that align with current and future business needs. + Support and oversee the implementation and testing of process changes. + Monitor process changes post-implementation to ensure intended improvements are achieved. + Assist in developing and delivering training materials or presentations to communicate process changes to stakeholders. + Work independently under general supervision, handling moderately complex tasks and referring highly complex issues to senior staff. + Maintain strong working knowledge of business systems, operations, and procedures. + May provide mentorship or coaching to junior team members or cross-functional partners.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. + 2 to 4 years of experience in business process analysis or a related role. + Strong problem-solving and situational analysis skills. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Solid technical and analytical capabilities, including the use of process analysis tools. + Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. + Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the retail, wholesale, or supply chain industry is a plus. + Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. + Proficiency with process modeling software or tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel) This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $56,500.00.
