Job Summary:

Working under the generalsupervision of the ServiceNow Practice Lead, the ServiceNow SystemAnalyst plays a key role in developing and maintainingbusiness-focused solutions that drive value, quality, andefficiency for stakeholders. The responsibilities include guidingbusiness decisions to adopt ServiceNow best practices, conductingsystem analysis, and ensuring systems are designed to meetrequirements efficiently and effectively. The ServiceNow SystemAnalyst collaborates closely with subject matter experts, ITdevelopers, system administrators, and project managers to createtechnical specifications, develop implementation plans and supporttesting to best leverage ServiceNow’s capabilities.

Job Duties:

Recent Experience working with

CSM AND SPM/PPM

Designbusiness-focused solutions in ServiceNow to ensure systems meetrequirements, are efficient, effective, and scalable in support oforganizational goals. Partner with Business Analysts, ServiceNowAdministrators, and Developers to produce technical specifications,support testing, and develop implementation plans. Lead orparticipate in discovery calls and workshops as a ServiceNowsubject matter expert to identify business needs and define,redesign, and improve processes. Proven analyst experience across arange of ServiceNow modules including Field Service Management,Customer Service Management, Technology Provider ServiceManagement, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management,and Hardware Asset Management. Proven experience leading workshops,discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, andinfluencing decision makers at senior levels. Ability to providetechnical guidance across stakeholders while working closely withdelivery teams. Understanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations,capabilities, and platform technologies. Strong organizational andtime management abilities with a track record of communicatingcomplex ideas effectively across a large organization. Minimum 3years experience in process definition, developing systemrequirements, documentation, and project artifacts. Excellentproblem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex businessrequirements.
