Must be East Coast Based PR (w2 only) $130 – $140ph We’re working exclusively with a global biopharma organization to support their Global Customer & Market Insights (CMI) team. This is a Director-level contract role reporting directly to the Head of Global CMI. Will support the Pipeline PDC team for Lupus (with possible support on MS) Candidates
MUST HAVE
Global Insights experience (will support Lupus & possibly MS) Global insights background in rheumatology/dermatology (biologics) Executive presence, comfortable presenting & providing recommendations to Senior Leadership. Strong in both Technical & Project Management aspects of market research/analytics. Will design and drive projects. Experience in vendor selection & vendor management / oversight Direct Pharma/Biotech experience (a mix of vendor & sponsor experience is acceptable but the sponsor side experience is a must) location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $120 – 140 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Insights Generation & Strategic Partnership Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover market trends, unmet needs, and opportunity areas Apply statistical modeling and analytics to generate predictive insights Serve as a consultative partner to PDC and senior leadership, delivering executive-ready insights Coordinate information gathering across markets and guide local teams on insights best practices Align tracking metrics and reporting to ensure strategic follow-through Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Lead primary and secondary market research efforts in collaboration with PDC leads Drive competitive insights and regularly share strategic updates across the business Integrate voice-of-customer data from MR, digital/social listening, and internal channels Map customer and patient journeys to surface insights around access, engagement, and outcomes Capability Building & Continuous Improvement Partner cross-functionally (e.g., with CE&O and IT) to align insights infrastructure with business needs Stay current on evolving analytics tools and recommend improvements to insights generation Lead or co-lead priority cross-functional projects within the TA or business unit Foster internal knowledge sharing through insights communities and best practice dissemination qualifications: Qualifications BA/BS required10+ years strategic consulting experience in Pharma / Biotech / Medical Device industry or relevant experienceDemonstrates solid experience in patient journey mapping and customer prescription journey as a source of Insights generationProven track record of planning and delivering Insights generation activities across the product life cycleSolid experience in market research planning, delivery, and end-to-end operation, including a deep understanding of legal and compliance requirementsHighly collaborative: must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders, advise Senior Leadership, and lead large international programsStrong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skillsPrevious experience in working in Affiliate and (desired) Regional rolesExperience planning, negotiating, and allocating resources, including outside spending across a portfolio of brands Preferred Skills Previous experience in immunologyAlliance experience •LI-AT1 skills:
