job summary: The US Insights Contractor Support role plays a vital part in shaping the direction of the business and contributing to brand success. The role may be flexible and directly support a single US brand team or multiple US brand teams across projects. Some example projects may be in helping in building foundational insights and building a go-to-market roadmap for pipeline assets across multiple indications or owning market research workstreams to uncover critical insights for informed decisions for in-market products, allowing for competitive positioning, and driving strategic initiatives based on an insights-driven approach. As a key partner to commercial and marketing leadership, you will help identify & address the most important business problems. You will be a strategic thought partner to the brand teams that you support and other key stakeholders in identifying opportunities based on a deep understanding of customer groups, market archetypes, and competitive landscapes location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $120

  • 140 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Insights Generation & Strategic partnership Analyze and interpret multiple data sources, including market research, surveys, social media listening, and non-structure raw data points, transforming them into valuable information to help deepen the understanding of customer groups
  • including their pain points and expectations, market and competitive trends, and identifying business opportunities to support decision-makingEngage as a thought partner to the US brand team(s) and other senior stakeholders and translate complex findings into clear and actionable insights that can guide decision-making, support strategy development to improve business outcomesEnsure a solid understanding of the business, customer groups, market dynamics, and overall competitive landscapeCultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding the different market realities and adapting insights generation accordingly.

Align metrics and appropriate tracking for brand and execution initiatives to ensure insights gathering learnings loopsProvide input to creating reporting and data visualization to communicate insights effectively to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadershipProvide input to brand planning process and development of strategic roadmaps to develop a robust go-to-market strategy Market Research & Competitive Insight Lead US Market research in close collaboration with the relevant US brand team(s), identifying knowledge gaps to support its design and delivery, collaborating with Global insights colleagues on broader research initiatives.

Collaborate with Global Insights team in the Competitive Insights Process, translating data and information into Insights and sharing them frequently and broadly with the relevant stakeholdersCoordinate US Customer and Patient Insights generation through Market Research, Social Listening, digitally generated data, and other internal and external sources of informationAdvise and share broadly Insights generation based on Customer and Patient journey mapping and respective pain points and areas of opportunity Driving Capabilities And Continuous Improvement Liaise with US brand teams and key senior stakeholder members to align on critical business priorities and collaborate with relevant functions in Business Intelligence & Operations and IT to develop capabilities to support Insights generationStay updated on advancements in analytics tools and methodologies and evaluate and drive implementation of new technologies to improve the insights generation processIdentifying opportunities to enhance data collection methods, improve data quality, and refine analytical approaches to ensure ongoing effectivenessAct as a Project Leader or Project Manager in TA or Functional critical projectsFoster experience exchange and learning loops through internal community engagement, creating opportunities to nurture and support new ideas and showcase best practices and market trends qualifications: Who You Are You are a dynamic individual who can balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach, effectively turning ideas into action. Required Qualifications:

BA/BS required8-10+ years strategic consulting experience in Pharma / Biotech / Medical Device industry or relevant experienceDemonstrates solid experience in patient journey mapping and customer prescription journey as a source of Insights generationProven track record of planning and delivering Insights generation activities across the product life cycleSolid experience in market research planning, delivery, and end-to-end operation, including a deep understanding of legal and compliance requirementsHighly collaborative

  • must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and advise Senior LeadershipStrong communication skills, particularly executive presentation skills
