Job Description Access Marketing LeadCambridge, MA Hybrid Primary Duties Lead PVA strategic and tacticalplanning for a successful Rusfertide launch delivering optimalpatient access and reimbursement while managing gross-to-nets tomaximize asset value Coordinate and align PVA functions andworkstreams to ensure launch readiness, integrated strategic andtactical planning, and impactful execution to achieve brandobjectives and KPIs Collaborate across the US and Global OncologyBU including Marketing, Sales, HEOR, Global Value and Access, andMedical reinforcing a OneOncology Takeda approach Ensure deepOncology ecosystem insights, understanding, and customer strategyto remove potential barriers and drive value demonstration tosupport patient access across key stakeholders including Payers,Strategic Accounts, and GPOs along with other criticalintermediaries and influencers (e.g., NCCN, etc.) Develop robustlaunch tactical resources and tools (personal and non-personal)that support the field organizations, including pull-through andpatient support, to realize and measure launch goals, objectivesand
KPIs Responsibilities:
Lead development and alignment of anintegrated PVA launch strategy, tactical plan, and budget/resourcemanagement together with the Integrated Brand team; represent PVAin brand, global, and cross-functional activities ensuring tightcommunication with PVA leadership, alignment of strategy andexecution plans, and identify opportunities for synergiesResponsible to develop a focused and impactful plan to generateoptimal coding, coverage, and reimbursement for Rusfertide acrossPayers and Oncology stakeholders including GPOs and strategicaccounts, as well as other entities (e.g., VA/DoD, potential ICERrisk management/preparation, etc.) Generate deep, actionable, andimpactful market and customer insights through leading marketresearch and analytics exercises to ensure critical understandingof drivers/barriers and opportunities/threats Support andcontribute to launch sales and GtN forecast, build bottoms upcoverage forecast, and partner with PVA teams on contractingstrategy and scenario planning for GPO and Payers (across segmentsand channels) Develop impactful tools, resources, and materials forclarity on coding, support coverage and value demonstration (e.g.,PIE, Payer and Strategic Account Value Proposition), andreimbursement with focus on field teams includes sales support andpull-through Partner on value evidence and HCEI data generationplanning, prioritization and execution to generate meaningfuleconomic value message development for support Rusfertide accessPartner to identify and develop critical capabilities needed for asuccessful launch as the Oncology market continues to be dynamicwith shift in needs to ensure success Support reach to PVAcustomers by partnering with field team leads to develop innovativeand creative ways reach access decision-makers, stakeholders, andinfluencers (e.g., non-personal and digital programing) Accountablefor robust project management keeping PVA team on cadence withbrand timelines, set clear timelines and milestone for PVA, andmanage budget/resources in concert with the PVA leadership teamIdentify additional and emerging opportunities and levers to driveaccess and mitigate threats, challenges and hurdles to patientsreceiving Rusfertide as prescribed
Education and ExperienceRequirements Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/PharmD/PhD) 9 years ofpharmaceutical industry experience required with a strong trackrecord of success including launch experience in complex andcompetitive therapeutic areas (i.e., multiple MOAs, unique patientjourney, generics/biosimilars, shifting market dynamics) 7 years ofexperience in US access strategy, analytics, payer marketing,and/or consulting related experience with both Pharmacy and Medicalbenefit products in managed classes Oncology/Hematology marketaccess launch experience required

Base Salary Range:
$169,400.00 – $266,200.00 The estimated salary range reflects ananticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offeredmay depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications ofthe individual applicant for the position, years of relevantexperience, specific and unique skills, level of educationattained, certifications or other professional licenses held, andthe location in which the applicant lives and/or from which theywill be performing the job.
The actual base salary offered will bein accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for thejob location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-termand/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible toparticipate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan andcompany match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basiclife insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteertime off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
