FP&A Analyst Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Develop financial models and tools to drive data-driven decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to understand performance metrics Assist with budgeting and long-range planning cycles Translate complex data into meaningful insights and present to senior leadership Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to help steer strategic direction

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
