Job Description

Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sizedbusiness owners to help them increase their companies’ profit,efficiency, and value. Our consultants engage with new leads, convertthem to clients, and work with those clients in 1:1 sessions based onour proprietary method and system. We have a full training andcertification program and provide house leads and an automation/nurturesystem designed to increase your efficiency. Inthis position, you will have the chance to interact with numerousbusinesses across hundreds of industries, gaining knowledge and learningnot accessible in most positions.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

Meeting with potential Exit Factor members. Conducting 1:1 consultingsessions with clients following the Exit Factor system. Providingadditional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.

Our ideal candidate:

Preferred relatedexperience: personal exit or sale experience, previous businessconsulting/coaching, and related exit strategy or M&A experienceComputer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentationmeetings. Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love forcustomer interaction. Exceptional verbal and written communication withparticularly strong phone skills. Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship andbusiness.

Entrepreneurial mindset:

a proactive, driven, strong desire tosucceed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives,opportunistic. Time management and organizational skills. Knowledge ofthe following technology systems or ability to figure it out: MicrosoftOffice Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack.
