May Royal Associates is a social work group focused on improving aging care primarily in nursing homes and other healthcare and community centers. We place licensed social workers in both short- and long-term roles to support consistent, quality care. We’re looking for a part time Business Administration & Operations Assistant to support the daily functions of a fast-growing small business—with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Role Overview:
You’ll work directly with the owner to help manage administrative tasks related to billing, HR, and operations. This is a great fit for someone who’s organized, thorough, dependable, and interested in how healthcare staffing and scaling small business operations work.
Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting with billing and invoice tracking Helping coordinate employee records and onboarding Organizing documents and company files Supporting scheduling and general operations
Qualifications:
Nursing Home Social Work Experience Prior admin or office experience preferred Strong communication and organization skills Interest in healthcare, staffing, or business operations

Up to $136,000.00 per year
