Sr. Business Analyst at Robert Half in Auburn, Maine, United States Job Description Description We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Shared Services team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys driving operational improvements through thoughtful analysis, collaboration, and implementation. The individual in this role will work independently to assess complex business needs, propose scalable process and system enhancements, and support high-impact initiatives from conception through execution. Requirements We are seeking candidates with a strong process-centric background who have experience collaborating closely with business units to understand and document end-to-end business processes. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in: + Shadowing stakeholders + Process mapping and redesign + Documenting procedures and workflows We are specifically targeting individuals with extensive experience in process mapping, redesign, and documentation. It’s also important that candidates bring more than just traditional IT experience to the table-they should have a broader business process improvement perspective. Top 3

Must-Haves:

+ Experience with reallocation/globalization initiatives (e.g., transitioning work to foreign entities) + Lean Six Sigma certification + Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
