Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Engineering Business Analyst 1 in our Yarmouth, ME location. This role requires you to currently live in ME. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting andmunicating user requirements for small to medium size projects of averageplexity.
Essential Functions
Demonstrates understanding of business analysis principles/methodologies and applies them to development of basic user requirements
Manages user, functional and technical requirements and assists in resolving missing or conflicting requirements of basic scope among multiple stake holders
Identifies and contributes to the resolution of basic discrepancies and conflicts in application requirements
Works closely with project team, including product owner to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with project objectives as well as offering suggestions to improve business processes
Applies standards and procedures using appropriate tools to document and implement work in an organized manner as well as to identify and resolve problems
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Math, Physics or a related field OR an equivalentbination of education and experience
Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule)
Must demonstrate ability to understand, learn how to use and apply engineering and project management tools, business analysis principles, and methodologies
Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training and experience with JIRA
Knowledge of human factors in UX design
Internationalmunications experience
Desired Qualifications
Outstanding academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.5)
