The Business Analyst plays a key role in delivering enterprise-level solutions by independently gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. This role requires exposure to enterprise software and related business processes.
  • What You’ll Do
  • + Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications + Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities + Work directly with stakeholders and developers to ensure accurate and feasible solution designs.

+ Contribute to test planning, execution, and defect resolution + Serve as liaison between business teams and technical staff for enterprise projects and initiatives + Document and maintain documentation, including user guides, workflows, business processes, and training materials + Remain flexible and adaptable, able to navigate shifting priorities and embrace new challenges + Support backlog prioritization in coordination with business product owners and project managers + Develop a deep understanding of the business domain to add value to discussions and decision-making processes

  • What You’ll Need

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline + 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments + Experience with enterprise systems is required + Proven ability to manage mid-size projects or workstreams + Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

+ Demonstrated understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and teams + Strong understanding and application of business analysis, project management, and product management practices + Leadership of joint application design (JAD) sessions + Experience/exposure to enterprise software solutions such as M365, Workday HCM, Workday Finance, ServiceNow, Salesforce + Familiarity with software development and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira + Working knowledge of collaboration and content management solutions such as Confluence and SharePoint + Knowledge of tools and processes to enable business intelligence, data analysis, workflow automation, virtual agents – chatbots, and ML/AI + Membership to the IIBA or PMI, strong command of the BABOK or PMBOK, or professional certification (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP)
