• Job Description
• Summary
• Designs technical solutions on ServiceNow platform as architect withService Management team at Logicalis. Works directly with customer tovalidate processes, gather requirements, and design solutions; engageswith development team to see solutions come to reality.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs implementations of ServiceNow solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation
• Satisfies customer’s technology services and solution requirements using Now Create methodology
• Works directly with customer to gather requirements, design solutions, and build proof of concepts and implementation solutions
• Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ customers
• Works with PMO in scheduling and managing engagements
• Works with Logicalis’ customers to perform assessments and health checks, along with new implementations and enhancements to existing ServiceNow instances
• Leads development effort in 3 ServiceNow areas: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, etc
• Leads scrum activities which entails sprint planning and story creation for development team
• Provides live demonstrations of solutions being developed
• Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills
• Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes
• Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management
• Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization’s values
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• 4 years’ experience implementing and developing in ServiceNow.“`{=html}<

LDAP, SSO, SAML

• Integrations using Integration Hub, REST web services, data imports
