We have an opening for a Senior Cash Management Officer to support the Business Solutions team in maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as cultivating new business. The Senior Cash Management Officer is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our commercial customers in a variety of ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers and prospects to develop a detailed understanding of their deposit needs, their criteria for decision making, their technology, and their competitive pressures, demonstrating professionalism with a strong customer service and sales background. Work independently with branch managers, commercial lending staff, and others to identify opportunities for business solutions and electronic banking products and services. Prepare agreements/documents for customers as they pertain to products being used and maintained. Work with internal and external sources to educate, identify and offer solutions for security and fraud protection in regard to our products. Actively participate in business development activities or networking opportunities after normal business hours.

Qualifications:

3-5 Years in a related banking field. A.A. Degree or combination of education and experience. Demonstrated proficiency in calculation of figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with tact and finesse Robust attention to detail Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work Comfortable navigating client visits with office-based work in between.

Location:

This position is ideally based in Western Maine. There is an opportunity for hybrid work once training is complete, at the discretion of the manager.
