Job Description:

? Works with varying business units to facilitate the design ofcross functional business processes. ? Elicit (via technical interviews with users/groups of users)Business Unit process requirements. ? Identifies and translates complex, multi-dimensional businessprocesses into simplified, streamlined processes models to includecross organization processes. ? Analyze and document business requirements based on assessment ofdependencies and complexities. ? Analyze and design business/system workflows for complexprojects. ? Works closely with the Sr. Manager of Business Process andAnalysis Management to identify process pain points and tocommunicate effectively the impact to the process. ? Compose and facilitate professional presentations to includequality and audience centric documentation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ? Requires a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, ComputerInformation Systems or certification equivalency. ? Requires 3 years in process reengineering, application design, orbusiness analysis. ? Additional years of experience considered in lieu ofeducation. ? Requires effective leadership, organizational, and projectmanagement skills. ? Requires effective verbal and written communication skills. ? Requires professional documentation and effective businesspresentation skills. ?
