Role Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the operations of information technology systems.
This role involves determining user needs and requirements, recommending system improvements, and serving as the primary liaison between users and engineering and development teams.
Additionally, the Business Analyst identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues and supports the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in IT or testing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams and gather process information
Proficiency in root cause analysis, process analysis, and data analysis
