Responsibilities:

Review programming requests for correspondence templates and work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates
Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates
Work with business users to document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs.

CCM

BA/UAT, IT

Papyrus, IT CTS, Business Areas (Medicare Operations, Medicaid Operations, etc), Marketing & Communications,
skills:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Must haves:
Ability to create or modify complex SQL queries in a relational database.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Gather and analyze Business requirements.
Strong problem solving skills.
Data analytics
Nice to haves:
Experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment.
Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum Methodology
