Mid-Level or Experienced Procurement Analyst/Contracts & Risk Management Advisor Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Procurement Analyst/Contracts & Risk Management Advisor to join our dynamic team in St Louis, MO or any major BDS Sites across the US.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports Procurement Agents with modifications to terms and conditions. Leads/Supports terms and conditions negotiations with suppliers. Communicates to the Supply Chain leadership negotiation strategies. Supports General Terms Agreements (GTA’s) on behalf of the Program, Business Unit or the Enterprise. Assesses and communicates contractual risk to Supply Chain. Develops strategy with cross functional stakeholders to minimize contractual risk within Boeing terms and conditions. Leads training and development around terms and conditions. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. Hybrid schedule will be discussed during the process. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Juris Doctorate Degree More than 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions More than 5 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) More than 5 years of experienced drafting, negotiating, and executing complex legal contract terms and conditions and business terms (excluding pricing and delivery) More than 5 years of experience in performing risk assessments of terms and conditions Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):. Level 4: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers More than 5 years of experience supporting internal customers More than 5 years of experience with contractual risk management terms
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.). Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range:
Level 3: $76,500 – $94,500 Level 4: $93,500 – $115,500
