As a Resource BusinessAnalyst, you will engage with a multi-talented team to reachfuture-focused goals and will contribute to data managementsupport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance data visualization and analysis tools tomeet end user requirements.
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL)processes.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by creating or maintaininga data library.
- Support transition of Excel-based data and business process toSQL environments
- Provide basic user training and support for dashboards, ex:quick start guides for deployed dashboards.
- Develop prototype applications/processes where there may beambiguity in requirements or end product needs.
Required Skillset:
- Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard creation.
- SQL Query/ETL (intermediate skill is OK, ex: data load, joins,CTE, indexing)
- Experience in general database design, including tables,relationships, structures, and security.
- Ability to create and maintain schedule of own work (projectmanagement).
- Ability to make summary PowerPoint presentations explainingdeliverable activity and progress.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently andeffectively communicate progress to management.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and beflexible in approaches.
Bonus Skillset:
- Experience managing budget data, including understanding typesof expenses, accounts, and regular budget submission process.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel including
XLOOKUP/FILTER/LAMBDA.
- Experience with DAX coding
