Gather and analyze data to identify specific business opportunities Convert business requirements into smaller user stories Write clear and well-structured business requirements Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders Collaborate with various teams to manage the backlog Update and maintain requirements and documentation traceability (Business Requirement Document/ADO/ServiceNow) Assist with product requirement testing and monitoring reported defects Test and evaluate business processes to recommend improvements Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance Analyze process deficiencies and bottlenecks to make improvements Execute well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve product efficiencies Assist with project management responsibilities Identify automation opportunities
Required Skills/Experience :
