Description:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member whocan help transform systems and processes as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst at Client CPG, you will be responsible forboth implementing new and supporting existing systems and processesfor a global organization. You will participate in large andsmall-scale projects that drive the business’s operational servicedelivery objectives and align with strategic objectives. You willcollaborate with global stakeholders to help formulate and executebest-in-class processes that maximize output while reducing costand manual effort, driving the use of effective technology andautomation, and improving our customers’ overall experience. Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to thefollowing) Analyze existing system functionality and businessprocesses in the scope of the business need and contribute tovalued, cost-effective solutions that will efficiently function tosupport the stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and formalizebusiness requirements, vetting against the scope of theinitiative. Collaborate with project-relevant team(s) to determine the bestsolution for an identified business problem. Identify As Is and design and map To Be operational processflows Drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions to addressoperational gaps Perform the role of Release Manager/Champion when designated. Create, communicate, and coordinate test plans and test cases (useracceptance, security, etc.) and perform the role of Tester or TestManager. Work with business representatives to ensure the creation oftraining materials (QRCs, procedures, manuals, recordings,instructor-led training, training plans, etc.) to facilitate theend users’ application of skills and knowledge in theworkplace. Collaborate with business users to gather feedback in the earlylife support phase of the production release; provide this feedbackto the implementation team for follow up and resolution. Serve as the primary SME and business contact on and maintainexpert-level knowledge of relevant business practices, processes,and tools. Acquire and maintain certifications and professional qualificationsas required. Develop a standard process for communicating changes and releasenotes for all projects impacting customers and business users.

Proven ability to successfully execute tasks tospecified requirements and quality standards, adjust priorities,meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced workenvironment Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solving skills Attention to detail Proven ability with mapping processes Self-motivated; requires little supervision Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, andpresentation) Proven ability to keep sensitive material confidential Flexibility with work hours Interpersonal skills and experience working in a global teamenvironment Required Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/orequivalent work experience SFDC experience; certification is a plus Experience with an eCommerce and contact centre environment is aplus
