, Mississippi Work with management to develop & improve key performance goals, including budgets, cost analysis, information flow, staffing & overall operational efficiency. Meet with staff to determine areas of needed improvement & guide staff to promote efficiency & accountability. Develop & make recommendations to management for procedural & organizational changes. Develop & improve recordkeeping methods. Analyze financial data such as expenditures & revenue to recommend cost reduction measures. Assist management & personnel in implementing changes & track effectiveness of solutions. 40 hrs per week. Wednesday–Sunday 8am-4pm.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or its foreign educational equivalent in Business Administration & one (1) year of experience in job offered or in a position involving project management & guidance of personnel.
